Career Area of Interest 

 

LaTreshia is a first-year Master of Global Affairs student who seeks to gain specialized knowledge in International Security. She is interested in the causes and consequences of conflicts between states and state actors, war and peace relations, and diplomatic agreements such as treaties and conventions. She intends to acquire an in-depth understanding of foreign policy as it relates to interconnected issues such as military strength, governmental stability, cybersecurity threats, economic conflicts, international law, humanitarian threats, and ethnic, religious, and ideological conflicts. LaTreshia desires to serve as an ambassador and interact with world leaders and state actors to establish national and international security strategies and global order.
