As a U.S. service member for the past decade, I have an understanding of how the lack of a clear and concise public policy spawns undue burdens and complications on the agencies and organizations of government that have the mission or authority to carry them out. My hope and expectation is to return to the Federal government as a better informed and higher qualified professional assisting in achieving a more effective government.
